Positive: Having stayed here last year we knew a bit about the place. And loved it then. It met our expectations this trip and the view from the balcony was wonderful.

Negative: It wasn't a matter of not liking, on our last night we discovered the carpet near the balcony sliding door in the main bedroom was saturated. As it was a weekend, and we were leaving early the next morning, we informed the reception after we had arrived at the airport.

Positive: Great spot - amazing views of the river, ferry stop out the front. Quiet and convenient to everything. The unit was spacious, with a full laundry, full kitchen and a comfortable bed. Good value for the price.

Negative: It needs painting and some of the furniture is tired. The bathrooms were functional but in need of renovation. The shower in the ensuite had clear windows which was not very private.
