Positive: Close to A66. Self contained. Beautiful scenery.

Negative: Noisy shared combi boiler. Upstairs neighbour ran water, boiler kicked in and woke us up. Poor sound insulation between our ground floor apartment and upstairs.

Positive: Cosy accommodation, very convenient to walk up Blencathra and a short walk away from a nice pub. Good shower and warm. Short drive to Keswick and there's a bike path

Negative: Towels were missing when we arrived in the afternoon. We tried to get in touch but didn't get a response until the next day. A hairdryer would have been nice

Positive: Cute! Very clean, good location, comfortable and great views! Great price for our two night stay. Would 100% stay again. Love the stable door!

Negative: As some other reviews have stated, you can hear the upstairs people/person very easily as if there is no sound deadening in the roof/floor at all. However, it didn't disturb me/us too much.
