Beautiful North Conway Village Home in the Heart of the Mt. Washington Valley - minutes to everything the Valley has to offer! Minutes to Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana Bath's, Saco River, Black Cat Mtn. 10 minutes to North Conway Village and The Met, Zebbs, Horsefeathers with and all of the wonderful shops and restaurants. Great family neighborhood for riding bikes. Great for hiking, tubing, golf, skiing. It is 5 minutes to the slopes of Attitash Mountain and Storyland. Welcome home!
The Space:
Vacationing as a family is a special time to bond and catch up. We love to eat our meals together as a family, so as your host we have given you all the tools to do the same, including a crockpot where you can prep a hearty meal to be ready after a nice long hike. We even provided dog bowls for your furry family members to join you. We love the kitchen and how it flows into the spacious living room. Three of the bedrooms have a private, singular queen bed allowing enough space for alone time. The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin beds for the kids.
The home also has ample outdoor space for grilling, and relaxing. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

This Home is in a quiet family neighborhood with many full-time residents. This means we follow best in class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. The home is equipped with Noise Aware Technology that measures noise levels throughout the property and allows us to respond without disrupting your stay Noise Aware is 100% privacy compliant, we have a strict quiet hour of 10 pm to 9 am, if noise is louder than our accepted levels, we will be notified. We do this so we can have the right to rent our home in the future and to be good neighbors.
NOTE: We provide one towel per guest listed on reservation, if you would like more please bring your own.
NOTE: If you leave any items behind and we need to ship the charge will be a minimum of $50. Please double check you have all of your belongings.
NOTE: We try our best to make sure there is propane for the grill but its possible you might need to get it refilled, in this case you bring it to many different places and we will reimburse you, just need a photo of your receipt.
Guest Access:
You get the whole house, there is plenty of parking in the circular driveway, you have key less entry with your own private code to get into. We will send you your code which we usually try to match to the last 4 digits of your cell phone number.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is very family friendly, great for walking the dog, and riding your bike. We have wonderful trails less than a quarter mile from out front door, they lead to Echo lake and both Cathedral Ledge and Whitehorse Ledge. Ton's of great mountain biking trails, very well marked. It is also very close to Hales Reservation Golf Course.
Getting Around:
If you need a ride, there is no Uber but there is Fast Taxi. 603-356-0000.
Other Things to Note:
**To be able to use the fire pit, every renter needs to get a FIRE PERMIT from the town of North Conway.** There is a wonderful spacious deck, where you could cook and eat meals on the charcoal grill. We have two tables out there for eating or just having your morning coffee. Take a right out of the driveway on foot and where the road starts to bend you can find trails that will lead you to Echo Lake State Park.

Summary: The house was in a perfect spot, close to shops but just out of town in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Enough seating for all of us to sit together in the kitchen and on the couches. The game room was a bonus.The kitchen was well stocked with many necessities. The water pressure was great in all three bathrooms. The coffee bar was an added touch. Our only suggestions were to update the window in the twin bedroom and freshen up the basement. It was very clean, just had a musty / old cigarette odor. We were pleasantly surprised to see a young buck walk down the road as we were getting ready to leave. Thank you for sharing your home.

Summary: Our group of 5 adults and 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was in a quiet neighborhood and offered all the essentials for a weekend away. We took advantage of the unusually warm weather and spent a good deal of time on the deck and also used the fire pit (we obtained a permit). The kitchen included all of the tools/essentials we needed to make simple dinners. We were impressed at how clean the house was - no detail was overlooked. There was soap and 3-in-1 body/hair wash in each bathroom, plenty of coffee filters, and basic seasonings in the cupboard. When we talked about leaving feedback, the only thing we could have used were some kitchen towels (an incredibly minor detail relative to the whole and we made do with paper towels). Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Summary: The house was a perfect rental for Storyland. We had three moms and five kids ages 5-12. The house was spacious and accommodating for all of us. Things I always like to know: are the beds soft or hard (softer side), how is the shower pressure (great! Hard!) and do I have to bring my own sheets (no!)? The owners had great communication and sent plenty of information before, during and after the stay. I would 10% recommend this home and would go back in a second.

Summary: The upstairs was nice, had ACs in each room. We weren’t able to hang out in the basement due to the musty/moldy smell. The deck had several exposed/raised nails. No yard. Over all was a fine stay.
