Spend memorable times relaxing in the living room, which boasts an inviting sofa, an armchair, a rocking chair, and a flatscreen TV with streaming services. There's an ocean-facing desk, the perfect spot to sit down, reply to some work emails, and still relax. A wood-burning fireplace will keep you all nice and warm during your stay. However, if you visit during the summer months, don't hesitate to unwind in the oceanfront deck. Take a book with you, put your sunglasses on, and take advantage of the two chaise lounges with cushions.
Back inside, you'll come across a convenient bedroom/studio with a sofa, a bookshelf, and another desk with a desk chair. This is a more secluded spot where you can make those important calls or focus on your work. The kitchen offers all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you could need to prepare everything that comes to mind, even that new recipe you've been dying to try. There's a coffee maker that will keep you up no matter all the activities you want to try, a blender that's perfect for fruit smoothies, and a dishwasher that's ready to do the dishes for you. It's widely known for being a popular spot for harvesting oysters—be sure to stop at one of the iconic roadside oyster stands to purchase your own, or choose from dozens of nearby restaurants specializing in seafood. Golfers will have Island's End Golf & Country Club less than one mile away. Try delicious dining options at the nearby Greenport (two and a half miles), or stock up on groceries if you'd like to make good use of your kitchen.
