This property welcomes pets! Please note that there is an additional $200 pet fee for bringing your furry friends.
Quiet Time 9:00pm til 8:00am - All of our sweet neighbors live here full time and are retired.
NO CONFETTI inside or outside - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if found
NO MOVING furniture - a fee of $200 with be charged.
Max of 12 people allowed at the property at Anytime.

No outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove.
Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties. Stay on the sodded lawn and do not go past the fire pit or cross the lake or creek to our neighbors land.
Park ONLY on the driveway. Do not park on the street or off of the driveway at anytime.
No more than 5 cars allowed in driveway.
No parking off the street or in the grass.
If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone. Please be respectful. Only 1 docked boat allowed.
No smoking anything in the house.
No Fireworks on the property EVER
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 12 guest total on property at ANYTIME.
No diving off the dock - its only 4-5ft deep off the dock.
We do monitor our ring outdoor cameras.
We do enforce our house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.

Summary: My wife found this home on VRBO as we were deciding which lake within driving distance to purchase a vacation home. Overall, this home has everything you need: three stories, ample space, and the necessary amenities for cooking and entertaining. The rooms are spacious, and both decks are relaxing, especially in the morning or at any time of day. We were a bit disappointed that the location did not allow for swimming, as it's in an inlet, and a ton of debris washes into the area. We took advantage of the kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to venture out onto the lake, allowing our son to swim (with a life vest). The beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but that's my snobbery and my need for a 5-star hotel accommodation. The owners are super welcoming, and we would stay again as we seek to make Lake Oconee our second home.

Summary: Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids) had a great time staying in this very nice vacation home overlooking a small, quiet cove. Plenty of room to spread out - kids had their own level with bunk room, bath, TV and entertainment room. Water in cove is very shallow, so be mindful of that if renting a boat. Owner responds very quickly to any questions.

Summary: We had 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 6 older teenagers. Volleyball was their thing and there was plenty of room on the enormous and gorgeous back lawn. Dock held the boat perfect and the days were filled with tubing and lake fun. The house was perfect, well insulated and very cool for,these hot summer days. The space was huge, seating for everyone and lovely outdoor deck on each level. Take a few extra mixing and serving bowls if you plan to make meals and feed a crew. Also a few larger cereal bowls.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! Home is located on the end of a cove off of the lake. We were able to sit on the porch and relax/read, play in the lake and in the yard and enjoy making a fire and smores while listening to nature each day. Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: We absolutely loved staying at this property for my 50th birthday weekend. The house is beautiful, well-stocked with all your convenience's & the proximity to town was perfect. We rented a boat for the weekend & it was super easy with the dock on the property. The outdoor areas allowed us to enjoy the fire pit, the multiple decks & plenty of space for the dogs to have their fun. Jami is a fantastic host—super responsive & accommodating. We will most definitely visit again!

Summary: Wow this property was absolutely perfect. I have stayed at plenty of properties since joining and renting from short term rental platforms and by this this place was easily the most bang for your buck. In my opinion it is way undervalued. What a beautiful place, fire pit at night, pool table, corn hole, kayaks I mean it had it all, you won’t be disappointed!
