Escape from your busy life for an incredible peaceful get-away. This luxury waterfront 2-bedroom suite is the perfect place to relax, recharge and reconnect. Start your day with a beautiful sunrise overlooking the tranquil lake. Whether it's boating, shopping, golfing, eating, or exploring craft breweries, you will have a fun-filled time! Finish your day enjoying a magical evening under the stars.
Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. We are conveniently located to historical Madison, Eatonton and Greensboro which are quaint small towns. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat. Bring rafts to enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake. Additionally, bike rentals and nearby golf courses are available. The Ritz Carlton, located a few minutes away, offers several dining options and spa facilities.
The primary suite has a king-size bed with a smart TV. The bathroom has a dual vanity sink with a granite top and a shower. It has a well-appointed living room area with comfortable chairs, a large sofa and a 75” smart TV. The kitchen has stainless appliances. There is also a sunporch and a private outside patio with a grill.
The junior suite has two queen-sized beds with a smart TV. There is a kitchenette with a coffee marker, microwave and mini refrigerator. The bathroom has a single vanity with a shower.
We have drip coffee makers with Starbucks coffee, luxurious bath products, hairdryers, iron & board and free Wi-Fi.
No Smoking of any kind allowed inside our villa or on the porch/patio. Any evidence will result in a forfeit of your damage deposit.
* Please specify the amount of people staying or you run the risk of being denied. No additional guests will be allowed on the property.
NO smoking of any kind, NO pets, NO parties allowed. If any evidence, you will lose your damage deposit.
Pricing is different for the Masters and Holidays! Holidays have a three-night minimum as well as some high season weekends. July 4th has a four night minimum.
I also have the upstairs two bedrooms if the downstairs is not available. However, the upstairs rooms has a staircase between them. Please contact me with questions.

Summary: Loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It is exactly like the pictures but the lake view is even better! We came for a wedding but would love to come back during the summer to take advantage of the dock and water sports available in the area. Thanks for giving us such a wonderful home away from home!

Summary: This was our first trip to Lake Oconee and we will definitely be back. We absolutely loved the lake and this wonderful place we stayed. The Villa was beautiful, extremely clean, and perfect for my husband and I, as well as our 15 and 17 year old children. The Villa was beautifully decorated and very well cared for. The back patio overlooks the lake and we spent every morning having coffee and every evening enjoying happy hour out there. The Villa is located in a gorgeous golf community. This made for perfect morning walks after having coffee on the patio. The location of the Villa was perfect. Just minutes to Publix and the restaurants. It was less than 10 minutes to the Marina where we rented a boat for 3 days. It was also less than 15 minutes to the the golf course where my husband and son golfed. Gina was amazingly quick to respond to all of my questions. She had great suggestions for where to eat, golf, and boat. She even texted one night when we were out to make an additional suggestion. She is probably one of the nicest owners we've worked with in VRBO. We will definitely plan on staying here again and will suggest it to anyone who plans on visiting.
