Summary: This is a cute older home, but very difficult to keep cool. Upstairs was hot when we arrived although there was a portable air conditioner and fans provided. Downstairs bedrooms were stuffy and the beds were very small queens-- more likely full sized. The window facing the street right next to the bed was covered in only sheers??? Kitchen is cute, but could use a good cleaning to resolve sticky cabinets. Oil needs to be provided for cast iron pans. Dinnerware was only enough for 4 people-- plan accordingly! napkins would be nice-- also foil, (we could have used it to cover that bedroom window!) also wine glasses. There is an exposed tack strip upstairs-- the throw carpet was moved when we arrived and left it uncovered. Luckily we noticed it and avoided any injury. You are just a few upgrades away from awesome!

Summary: Instructions weren’t clear about entry, had to enter through the back door. There was weather stripping drooling off the front door. Used dirty fork found between couch cushions. Entire house smelled like natural gas. Backyard furniture was all haphazardly ditched in a corner. Neighborhood was dumpy, but maybe that’s just Olympia.

Summary: The house has a lot of potential but it's needs help. The carpet and upstairs area is extremely dusty and dirty. The bathrooms and kitchen needed a good wipe down upon arrival. That was annoying but manageable. The main issue was the fridge. Everything froze and we had to throw away good food. Donna was very responsive, but we had a mini fridge for most of the stay and didn't get to use a full size fridge. Not exactly the ideal situation. Lastly, the place needs TLC such as new grout, paint, outlets that work, etc. It's a shame as the location is great and there is a lot of potential. Thankfully, we are campers, so we made it work. That said, if you want a vacation home with all the perks, this is not it.

Summary: I was assured all of the problems pointed out in previous reviews had been addressed but the fridge totally froze all of my food and I ended up having to throw out everything that required refrigeration. This is a lovely home that could be a great rental if the owner or agency rep stayed in the home a few days themselves to see what needs addressing, like throw pillows to make the couch comfortable and a toaster for the kitchen. It would also be better if there were a phone number offered prior to move in so that questions could be answered in real time, such as can I move suitcases in a little early or where is the lockbox located... Overall, it's a cute home and a good rental but would benefit from a more personal touch.

Summary: Disappointing stay overall. Stairs - no banister so if you have any balance or vision issues it is unsafe Refrigerator - froze everything regardless of setting TV - no guide on how use Thermostat - always reset to freezing, too cold to be comfortable, regardless of setting Main bathroom - floor was dirty, needs a complete remodel Sofa - stained and looked dirty Responsiveness - zero with the management company, sent multiple messages on chat and received no response. Would not recommend or stay again.

Summary: The property is great. Our only complaints are that the parking instructions were not clear. And no keiurig coffee maker. The parking instructions were street parking only. Street was posted only 2 hour parking and driveway was unused. Other than that we highly recommend. It’s a beautiful and comfortable home .
