This classic 1962 beach cottage shouts fun! Find a lush enclosed backyard that is the perfect spot for family gatherings! This spot boasts an in-ground heated pool with a small waterfall, beach loungers, Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and a gas grill. Inside, every corner of this quaint retreat boasts bright colors and beach juxtapositions of objets d'art. The front porch is great for making family memories and watching the activity of Carolina Ave as folks stroll to the beach! Gather in the living area to plan your next adventures or play board games with your loved ones. The kitchen is well-appointed with all major appliances needed to prepare the most delicious beach snacks and full-course meals for the gang. Right off of the kitchen is the dining table.
THINGS TO KNOW
Construction will begin on a neighboring property in April 2023. This includes interior and exterior construction from Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m as well as Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Noises may be audible during these times.
The pool is open from May through October 1.
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental; however, beds are not made in advance of guest stays.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this charming beach house. We relaxed, walked to the beach, rode bikes, and had some great food (at the house and in town). There was more than enough space for our family of four, and we really enjoyed both indoor space and the grounds. Even though it was chilly, the off-season at the beach is so peaceful. The entire vibe of the house fit us so well. If I ever bought a place at the beach, I think it would be just like this one. We will definitely be back.

Summary: Very Beachie ! Cool art ! Great location! TV audio system hard to operate remote etc. Both the bathroom sinks back-up after 20 seconds! (Should fix asap) Kitchen not very well stocked for more than 2 people.

Summary: Lovely home with terrific interior design that makes a small space feel warm and inviting. Terrific outdoor spaces around pool and screened in porch make it a wonderful family space. We had initial issues with air conditioning and wifi and that were promptly addressed, but generally the house is very comfortable and the location ideal for beach, Dewey and Rehoboth access.

Summary: This is a great beach house for an intimate gathering of family or friends. Both close enough to all the beach has to offer and far enough away for down time. Especially true for the Sea Witch Festival weekend. We will stay here again and again and again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
