Our two story oceanfront townhouse provides immediate access to Delaware's premiere family beach and private shore community. Walk directly out of our home onto the pristine, inviting beach! With only 36 homes, the beach always has room to spread out and relax. Swim, paddle board, ride your bike or sun bathe...memories from "Fundadore" will linger for a life time.
Our home in the Seastrand Community has central air, heat, ceiling fans, an outside shower, beach chairs, umbrellas, various beach toys, and two parking spaces. It sleeps six and has two full bathrooms as well as a half bathroom. The boardwalk leading to the charming town of Rehoboth is only a three block walk by street or beach. The community is private and does not allow beach access to the public.
Rehoboth is one of the most sought after beach communities to rent a home on the Delaware shore. Walking is a treat but the Jolly Trolly will take you and your family and friends into town to avoid peak parking times. The nearby Tanger outlets provide a wide variety a stores and deals. Fifers Farm market is also walking distance from our oceanfront home.
There is an old fashioned boardwalk in town with many restaurants and shops. Our children grew up going to "Funland" where they loved the games and rides - right on the beach. Weekend evening concerts in the Gazebo are best followed up by a big ice cream cone on the walk . Enjoy the relaxation of a stay at our oceanfront home!

Summary: Great spot on a quieter stretch of Dewey Beach. Listing is exactly as advertised and is very nicely equipped—beach chairs, umbrellas and a great screened in porch and deck. Location is terrific—short trip to Rehoboth and Dewey. Easy to recommend.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Janet’s beach house! It’s such a great location with it being right off the beach. The “mini-beach” (i.e., the sand area right off the porch before the dunes) is perfect for the little kids. The house was perfect for our needs, with the kids in the back room and the parents in the front room. We would most definitely return!

Summary: Loved it as usual. I might offer two suggestions: 1) cleaners should clean the bathrooms and kitchen better - kitchen floor and counter were not 100% clean and the master bathroom floor was a bit dirty and 2) the carpet from master bathroom and middle bathroom on the second floor seems really dirty this year. Otherwise we had a wonderful time. The grill worked terrifically. The appliances were all functioning correctly. the new deck chairs are smart! We will be back next year or the year after depending on our schedules. We really enjoy the location along with the character and feel of the place. Sincerely, Rick and Nancy

Summary: If you want a secluded vacation at the beach, this is the most perfect accommodation I can recommend. My family was very happy. My five year old granddaughter thought it was "wonderful"! I agree. Janet was easy to deal with. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: The description of this property is spot on - the location on a quiet part of the beach, basically between Dewey and Rehoboth was awesome! The condo is really just steps from the beach, and you have a fantastic view from the master bedroom. Its a comfortable size for a small group - there were just three of us on this trip, but it can handle a few more. The screened in porch was great for dinners with the sound of the ocean right there. Comfortable living room and a new TV with all the streaming apps available (at least all the ones we needed). And the property manager/owner couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. Had a question or two about the property and she got right back to us - great service! Its a short walk to Dewey beach to the south, and about 1/4 mile to the start of the Rehoboth boardwalk to the North. On the beach, it was never crowded, and we were there at peak August timing. Would stay here again.
