Summary: We thought that this house was fine. Great location as long as there are no major storms. A large part of the house has been redone - kitchen, bathrooms and floors - and that's all good. It would be nice to have a "dust buster on a stick" for easy vacuuming of all the sand that gets on the floor rather than the heavy vacuum that's there. Be sure to bring a bar of soap for the sink and/or shower. I have never seen such a small bar of soap in my travels worldwide. Our greatest complaint was there was no dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, saran wrap, laundry soap, etc. Every other beach house we've ever rented had a small supply (e.g., 3 dishwasher pods) or things previous guests left behind.

Summary: Wonderful location. The back deck is right on the beach. We so enjoyed sitting there listening and watching the waves. The cottage was well equipped especially the kitchen. The cottage is worn in some areas and needs some TLC.
