Summary: This was our 2nd time staying there. We appreciated the upgraded easy to clean floors. The new sliding door and curtains were easy to operate and provided great sense of privacy. We enjoyed sitting out on the new patio furniture. This home is cozy, has nice basic amenities and is within a walking distance to a beautiful meadow. It is also conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Definitely recommended staying here.

Summary: It’s a nice house, could be better improving things like WiFi, you should not be required to login every time you access internet. Also outdoor furniture is not in good shape.

Summary: I will say that this property from pictures was a good find. Generally it is represented in the photos. However it’s more about what else is/isn’t there that made this rental a miss. One, the neighbors across the street has at least 8 vehicles that are parked in the street on a rotating basis. It can make it difficult to back out of the driveway. The backyard is rough. My older kids utilized a hammock we bought but otherwise could not “play” in the yard. The grill had no tools/utensils so grilling was difficult. There were a lot of other things regarding the property that were a miss: Not enough hangers No dresser in master 2 towels per person per stay No extra beach towels, did include 2 chairs No spices or extras for cooking No storage containers for left overs Tv in living room says “overheated” frequently Only one working remote Does get hot at night. Two box fans provided but loud No fitted sheet on master and only heavy down comforters. No laundry items provided The floors are very creaky and loud Not enough toilet paper/paper towels/dishwasher tabs The stove fan cannot accommodate anything that has a remote amount of “smoke” The garage is a small one car unit. Could not fit an SUV or Truck. Also, the ability to extend your rental to a late check out disappears so if you want it’s do it right away. The communication with the renters, which is a company, was poor and frustrating. There are a lot of rentals in Tahoe for similar prices.

Summary: the hot water heater was broken when we arrived. No one was able to come fix it the night we arrived. The property management repair tech came to try and fix it the next day but the pilot light/flame kept getting extinguished, so we were left another night without hot water. It wasn’t until the third day they sent a plumbing specialist out to take a look and he replaced the 25 year old water heater altogether. Other than that, the place was good for our family of 4 adults, 2 kids, and dog. Location was close enough to all the winter activities we had planned (skiing, tubing, etc..) and neighborhood was quiet.

Summary: We appreciated the layout of the house and the amenities it had to offer. The house was centrally located to the things and places we enjoy. We took advantage of walking through the nearby meadow in the mornings. A couple of things to work on would be to fix the screen door that leads to the backyard (kept falling off track) and the vertical blinds( only 5 work). Also the outdoor furniture is not sturdy and BBQ pit did not ignite and no lighter available. Would have liked to hangout doors more if it was possible. We will definitely book this listing again in the future. Thank you.

Summary: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to some trails, bike paths, and a short drive to restaurants and stores. It has a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It was a nice spot for our family and a good home base for all kinds of Tahoe adventures.
