Summary: Property was nice. Was disappointed as liating said property had gas grill. Iw definitely was not. It was a smoker that supposedly used pellets. Property needed a good powerwash on the pool seck and patio area. No potholders. Would be nice to gave listing of tv channels. We had issuue with wasps in light wt front door. Took 2 weeks before tectified. Area just ok.

Summary: The house was clean and as advertised. Beds are comfortable and the place is spacious enough for our large group. Would stay there again.

Summary: When we arrived, sliding shower door off rail because one set of rollers had rusted and broken off, garage door not working and towel rail fell off wall when first trying to place towel on it. First item fixed that night since deemed safety hazzard; other two fixed in four days. Later, toilet bowl handle and flapper valve broke. I made a temporary fix using a piece of string on flapper with top of cistern removed. Texted manager twice. He acknowledged receipt but no action during the rest of our stay (three plus weeks later). Will not return.

Summary: It would have been nice to have a welcome PKG with how things worked. The screeching alarm rang every time the door was opened. It would have been nice to inform guests how to get around it. That took 1/2 a day to figure out. There were no paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, glass cleaner for the dining table, a sugar packet, pepper, etc. The house lacked numerous basic necessities. Had to go shop for napkins/paper towels shortly after arrival. The pool has no handrail and steps were deep. Very difficult for a handicapped person. The patio cushions should be tossed. Filthy. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. TV operation was a challenge and simple directions would have been helpful.
