Summary: Great house and pool was fun for little kids. Somewhat small, but the complex pool was also great (and has a shallow pool for toddlers or non swimmers). Communication was very lacking about supplies in the house and I wound up bringing beach towels in suitcases since I was incorrectly told there were none in the house. Only found 4 though, so not enough for what the house sleeps. That was true of many items in the kitchen. Also missing basic linens (only 1 blanket for 2 beds and no pillow cases). Overall great stay, but could be better attention to detail and communication.

Summary: Great place to stay and enjoy your vacation, great location and within (15) min to the Mayan ruins, beach and many cenotes. Onsite security guards were great and everyone was so kind and helpful. Unit is within a 2hr drive from Cancún and prob the same to Tulum airport. Thanks to TAO Edena my family was able to enjoy Tulum Mexico for 11 days and hope to return soon again.
