Summary: Almost a great property! Too much watts..no lamps Plastic wine glasses Outdoor shower no drainage, cheap fixtures Grill missing flame deflectors, filthy Dishwasher doesn’t work Dirty dishes in cabinets Limited utensils Grass 10 inches high upon arrival Stack of windows on floor of first floor sunroom Nonetheless, we enjoyed our time together in this great location

Summary: The TV in the living room did not work,so I call the property manager and he said that he would come out the next day and take care of it.He came and said the tv was broken and he would try to get us another one he said if he could not get another one he would switch the tv from the lower level and take it upstairs.Well he never came back and he did call to let me know that he was not coming back.So the whole time we did not have a tv in the living room.The bed rooms floor upstairs was very dirty and sticky some of the kitchen utensils were dirty..The door to the washer and dryer was of it hinges.But all in all we still had a good time.We would come to that house again.Thanks for letting us stay in your house.God bless you.P.S. I feel like I should get some kind of compensation for the things that was not working right.Have a great day.

Summary: The house is really lovely inside, with many seating areas. We loved the open plan and the airiness of the living area. The kitchen is modern and has all the features you need to make a delicious meal. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very nice. We loved the few days that we spent there. Well worth the money.

Summary: Such a cute house in a wonderful location. Close to everything and in a nice neighborhood. It was cozy and well decorated and felt just right for our family. The view of the canal was very pretty. Lots of towels in obvious places made it easy for us as guests as well. Really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The house was very nice , The a/c stopped working for the second floor . I understand things happen . But the vacasa management really didn't communicate very well and didn't seem like it was a big deal . That the kids had to sleep in master bedroom with me and my wife . They did reimburse me some money for inconvenience. Just the communication really sucked and couldn't get anyone out to look at it until we had check out

Summary: Super easy rental for a last minute family getaway. House was very spacious and well appointed. Very clean but definitely has hosted pets. Location was quiet but easy to get to beaches (we enjoyed quiet Fenwick Island) by car. Absolutely hassle- free check in and responsive team. (we never needed anything!)

Summary: Overall we had a great experience. There were a good amount of towels in obvious place. Common areas were great for out combined families. Easy fast drive to beach and boardwalk. Fenced in yard was perfect for dogs and big enough for them to run around and play. We also made great use of the grill.
