Lovely dog friendly* Caravan at Lyon's Lido Beach Holiday Park, Prestatyn, North Wales. A quiet but Entertaining Park located 10 minutes away from Blue Flag Beach. Prestatyn is a lovely Town full of activities for the whole family. A great place to relax, or to explore many local attractions of North Wales.
We’re based on a quiet park, so should you want to relax on site, please enjoy our newly refurbished Caravan (Spring 22) and outside space or get out and about for plenty of Entertainment, Beautiful Coastal Walks, Amusements, Baths, Soft play area's, Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs etc
We’re situated close to the main bus route and train line, for access and getting out and about. Local to Talacre, Rhyl, Towyn, Colwyn Bay for even more to see and do. In the local vicinity finds places and attractions like.
Kid's park/ Climbing frames,Tennis Courts, Marine lake/Kid's Steam train, Harbours, Farm Park, Ty'r Prince Fun Fair and Weekend Market, Seaquarium, Greenfield Valley Heritage Park, Golf Courses, Sea fishing, Welsh Mountain Zoo, Swimming baths/Slides/Ninja Tag, Cinema's, Castles,Bowling...... to name a few.

Summary: All in all lovely stay, apart from dripping tap in kitchen and toilet flush very weak

Summary: The caravan was ok for my dog and me. I took everything we would need with us and didn't use any of the bedding or pillows provided. The patio door wouldn't lock. The owner had put a piece of wood to prevent it from being opened from the outside. The main light bulb in the bedroom had gone and I was asked to swap it with a bulb from an unused bedroom. The water pressure was good and the shower was great. We had a really great few days. It took my dog a while to acclimate to the new noises, especially the birds, but he loved his little holiday. Really close to the beach and Prestatyn town centre and supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away. There is no wifi and Lido beach do not provide wifi for private bookings. This was ok for me. I had taken books with me. I would stay here again with just myself and my dog.

Summary: Me and my partner spent the long bank holiday weekend here with our three month old son and dog and we really couldn’t have asked for more. The caravan was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. We had a 10 minute walk one way to Prestatyn beach which was nice and quiet and offered a beach hut bar, with a 10 minute walk the other way into the small town centre which boasted a good range of bars, pubs and shops. Talacre beach was just a 10 minute drive away and was perfect for our dog who enjoyed playing in the sand and the sea. And we also ventured up the road to Rhyl which is a fantastic place. We really had the best weekend away, the host was fantastic and easy to contact, and I couldn’t recommend this more.
