This abode's location is super convenient for beach-goers and adventurers. Access to the beautiful Pacific is just a block away, so anyone who wants to spend the day in the sun can easily run back and forth from the house for food or refreshments. Neskowin Marsh Golf Course is also just a block away to practice your swing, as well as wander around the beautiful greenery and creeks. Neskowin has a few options for eating and drinking, but the larger coastal towns of Pacific City and Lincoln City are each within about a 30 minute drive!
On the top floor, the living area is gorgeous with a stone fireplace, high ceilings, and tons of room to spread out and enjoy the ocean views. The kitchen is stunning with huge windows and modern amenities like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fresh tiling under your feet. There are two dining tables with room for 16 people, as well as a deck with a gas grill and more views.
Downstairs there are four beautiful bedrooms, each with modern furniture and bright natural lighting. The master has a king-size bed and a second bedroom has a queen. The last two bedrooms have space for several more people - one has a double bed with twin bunk above it and a twin trundle below, and the other has a full and the same twin-over-double-bunk with a trundle. There are also two full bathrooms on this level.
On the first floor you'll find a large L-shaped couch, flatscreen TV with an Xbox, desk, and tons of adult and children's board games. There's also a pull-out couch for another queen-size bed. There's also WiFi, a private washer/dryer, a hot tub, and a heated outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet! The family dog is also welcome to join you for an additional nightly fee.
This home would be perfect for a large family reunion or a group of friends to rent out and have a blast together. There are tons of options for outdoor activities up and down the Oregon Coast, so take your pick from hiking beautiful ocean-view trails, mountain biking, or camping nearby. Summary: The location and size of the house was great for our family vacation. Our family would stay here again as we loved how close it is to the beach! We knew to bring some extras like foil, spices and cooking utensils. What we didn't anticipate was needing more toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and garbage bags to accommodate our family stay. We were able to have an early entry which we really appreciated. We found two vacumns, none worked. The maintenance man stopped by and cleaned the barbecue and the hot tub for our use. He even found a vacumn so we could clean the dirty carpets. The showers on second level had one where a drain was slow and another that had a broken shower door. While I understand that summer is high season, what this house charged per night, we expected a home that was clean and stocked for use. We really liked the view from the top floor but the stairs were a workout!

Summary: When we arrived, we noticed the floors had not been vacumned. We tried each of the two vacumns but none worked. Luckily the maintenance man stopped by to check on the hot tub readiness. We asked him to check on the barbecue as well. He was very nice and easy to work with. He offered to find us a working vacumn cleaner then brought it by. We were able to vacumn the floors ourselves. We knew to bring some extras like spices, cooking utensils, foil, and zip-loc bags. What we didn't anticipate was running out of kitchen garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry soap. We also noticed that the showers on the second level had issues - slow drain on one; broken shower door on the other. The refrigerator ice dispenser on the door did not work. There was one light out over the counter in the kitchen. For the rate you charged our family to stay per night, we expected to come into a home that was clean and with all systems working. We would definitely want to stay here again but would expect that you address these issues so the next family has the home they expect to arrive to.

Summary: Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Small fenced yard for the puppies who refuse to poop on leash. Lots of room for the entire family. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because of all the stairs. With the kitchen area on the top floor, bedrooms on middle floor and entertainment area on the bottom floor, we spent a great deal of time going up and down the stairs. On the plus side we got our workout while on vacation.

Summary: For the most part the house is perfect. There were a few details that need some addressing. The bathrooms had a ton of mold growing in the windows, one of the toilet handles kept sticking causing the toilet to continuously run, one of the bunk beds needs its screws tightened as it wasn't sturdy at all and made lots of noise every time my kid budged, and some of the heaters in the house didn't seem to work. Outside of that the house is cozy and suited our family and dog well. There isn't much of an ocean view (you can see a slight sliver upstairs) but we would stay there again if the issues I mentioned were addressed first.

Summary: We had a great stay. Had stormy weather which was enjoyable to watch from the inside...but it diminished outdoor adventures a bit. Things that could be improved...1) gas fireplace does not work, 2) BBQ propane tank was empty, 3) BBQ grill had not been cleaned (leftover "crusties" from previous guest's meal), 4) no BBQ tools, 5) several light bulbs were out and 6) kitchen window could not be closed completely.

Summary: This is our 2nd time staying at the Tree House. We love the location and 3 floors with so much room for everyone to sleep, play, and eat. We also had the best pizza at the small Hawk cafe. We will be back ... Thanks

Summary: Stayed here with our family. Neskowin is a sweet little town. House is close to the beach, view of the ocean is limited from the house, but a quick walk. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We did have issues with the septic system, could only use 2/4 toilets for the majority of our stay and the sinks did not drain well. Hot water was also an issue.

Summary: The Treehouse was awesome! It was the perfect for several family and friends for a much needed coastal getaway. The reservation process was very smooth and upon arrival the house was super clean and has great amenities. I would highly recommend Vacasa, and this house in particular, if you want a worry free vacation rental.
