This Newpark resort townhome has a private hot tub and is ideally located in the heart of the mixed-use Newpark District. As you walk into the front door of the townhome you'll enter the open floor plan connecting the living area to the dining room and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, high ceilings with exposed beams, a large flat-screen TV and a comfy sleeper sofa. Just steps past the living area, the dining table seats four and opens up to the kitchen, with space for three more at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas range. There’s also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main level. Up the stairs and to the left, you’ll find the main bedroom, complete with a balcony overlooking the wetlands preserve and the walking path in the park. In addition to the main bedroom upstairs, equipped with blackout drapes, you can step outside from the main level to the second spacious deck and you'll enjoy your own private hot tub!
This great mountain townhome is ideally located in the new Newpark Shopping District, a family-oriented area loaded with restaurants, movie theaters, and major retailers like Whole Foods. Try Red Rock Junction, the local brewpub a short walk from the front door, or Blue Sushi, the local favorite sushi restaurant also nearby. The Canyon's resort is only a few minutes' drive away. Downtown Park City and the Park City Resort lifts are a short driving distance, and Deer Valley is just down the road. The Park City area is a mecca for outdoor activities year-round including skiing, hiking, biking and golf. Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this Newpark condo and would stay there again. Beautiful view of the beaver pond and Swaner Preserve. The condo was very quiet, wifi was good, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Loved the convenience of walking to restaurants and shops. And having a garage was great, although it might be a bit narrow for a full size suv due to some shelves on one wall (no problems with our compact suv).

Summary: We love to come to Park City in the summer and this is our favorite spot. It is close to everything while having a beautiful view of the preserve. It is so calming and relaxing. The management was quick to help with little issues such as the door code when it stopped working. I did notice there wasn’t any kitchen towels, but besides that everything was great.

Summary: We stayed at this property for a week and had a great time. The location is great. It's right off the freeway. It's in a shopping center that has a grocery store, Pet store, Best Buy and lots of great restaurants. All of which you can walk to. There are many hiking trails within a short walk or drive from the unit. The view out the back is fanstastic -- it overlooks a preserve. Having an indoor garage was very nice. And the high ceilings upstairs and downstairs made the unit feel very spacious. The hot tub was very much needed a few days! The unit allows two dogs so we were able to bring our two dogs with us. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. It provided the perfect trip for us and our dogs.
