Sitting slightly above the Pacific, this home offers amazing ocean views from the deck and newly installed hot tub, living room and master bedroom. From the back deck, guests can relax and grill up some delicious local seafood - then move on to cooking s'mores on the firepit. Public access to the beach is nearby, so miles of gorgeous coastline is only a quick walk away.

The home is located just across the highway from Ocean Beaches Glassblowing & Gallery, which demonstrates the art of glassblowing every afternoon. The Wood Carving Outlet and Seal Rock Espresso & Bakery are just a short walk further south. Seal Rock State Recreation Site, home to Oregon's famous tidepools and sea lions, is just over a half mile from the house. The charming city of Newport, with its bustling bayfront, great shops, restaurants, and breweries, is only 10 miles north on Hwy 101.

Summary: The location was excellent and the house was very comfortable. The views of the ocean were spectacular. The only down side was the cleanliness, dust on surfaces and cobwebs on walls and light fixtures. The upstairs entertainment room also had an overwhelming smell of dog urine. It was just my husband and I so we just avoided that part of the house and connecting bedroom. We did reach out to the management company and they send they would alert their local team.

Summary: Overall, things were great! However, there were a couple things that could be addressed. The instructions for entering the house were incorrect and caused a little confusion and delay. We were referred to the wrong lock in the written instructions. An available video was correct. Also,therewas an issue with hot water supply in the master bathroom, which we have discussed with support. Otherwise we really enjoyed our experience and the location is wonderful!

Summary: The view from the deck was absolutely stunning and the house itself was amazing! The beds were comfortable with lot's of room for everyone in my family. It was hard to decide whether we would explore nearby Newport or stay in the house and enjoy the view. Beach access was close by and that section of beach was amazing with all the rocks and pools to explore. We will be back!

Summary: Located near Seal Rock and very close to Newport, comfy beds and plenty of space to spread out! The kitchen isn’t great, but they definitely tried hard to have plenty of plates, glasses and utensils around. The deck is really nice and the view is stupendous! We enjoyed the weekend. 10am check out is far too early. Parking is a problem! Overall everyone in the family enjoyed the space and had good things to say about their comfort!

Summary: The property wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be. There was even a gatorade bottle half full in the windowsill when we arrived. The view was amazing, and the bed was comfortable, but the house wasn't organized, the cupboards were old and the contents thrown in with no organization, the knives provided couldn't cut through butter. It did have an ocean view, but to access the beach you have to walk down a very busy hwy (Pacific Coast Hwy) and with children I wouldn't walk there, so we had to drive. The furniture was ok, but the dining room table seemed as if it should be thrown out . I realize it was pet friendly, but for the cost, I would expect better. It did full fill our needs enough for the weekend we spent there, and the hot tub was nice, however it was in a spot where you weren't able to see the beautiful views and that didn't make a lot of sense to me. It had the feel of a Hotel 8, which is to say it was suitable, but not the nicest.

Summary: We had a wonderful week of relaxing and enjoying each others company. The house was charming and extremely comfortable. We cooked in most nights and enjoyed the firepit. The view was exquisite. We are planning on returning next year. Someone checked in throughout the week to make sure everything was perfect.

Summary: We watched whales feed for hours, right from our deck. We loved the hot tub and the home had plenty of space for us to spread out for a few days. The game and puzzle selection was fun too.
