Summary: The house was beautiful, had everything we needed, plenty of detergent, dish soap and kitchen ware. What I wish it would change is the carpets. They are way too old and stained.

Summary: Most enjoyed was the view, spaciousness of the home and the kitchen. The place is best suited for agile people who can comfortably negotiate stairs and enjoy climbs to and from the beach. The home is quite dated and shows thew wear only deferred maintenance can address.

Summary: It was wonderful. Our family of 7 and pet had plenty of room. Kitchen supplies were plenty; able to cook breakfast and dinner for 7. Lots of space, enough for the entire family to gather together and also to spend alone time admiring peaceful sunset. Home very clean. Beach access for neighborhood only, within walking distance. Ocean view from home was gorgeous. Enough parking space for 4 cars. Hoping to rent same home again next year.

Summary: If the inside of your vacation is just as important as your outside than this is not the place for you. Furniture is all hand me downs, old old style. I could get over this but when I went to use the amazing kitchen ALL of the cookware looks and feels like it has been collected up from Goodwill. Not to mention not a spice in sight. Some old crusted salt and pepper. The bones this house is great. It just has been left behind. The Master bath complete with carpet is hard to get use to, the smell of mildew lives in there with no ventilation. One of the blinds that has you wanting to see out the amazing window was broken.. so that was down the whole time. Do not entertain opening the bottom floor door. You will feel like you are in the middle of a scary movie. My teenage kids wanted to go home within the first hour of entering this house. I had to beg them to stay. We went out to the beach to forget about it. If this house was cheaper... then ok. But um... it's not.

Summary: Our family loved this home. It was a fabulous time and we enjoyed it. This home is very large and had plenty of space for a family of 6. The deck was lovely and has been updated. My elderly parents were able to make the walk down to the beach a few blocks away but one of our guests needed easier beach access so we drove to Pacific City for that. This home was worth every penny spent. Thank you Vacasa.
