Summary: cock roaches in the kitchen were all over the place killed 8 ourselves my girlfriend would no go in there at night. the tv was absolutely the worst thing ever we could not watch any local any channels for that matter come on host tvs are cheap right now update the tv the remote you have us horrible would stay there again no problem but not until the tv has been upgraded and some type of cable or satelight installed.

Summary: We stayed here 2 nights. The good: It was clean, and they provided cookware, microwave, washer and dryer. Backyard was a good size and a grill is provided. Bathroom was stocked with everything we needed. Wi-Fi was included and it was good speed. There’s lights everywhere which was really convenient. The bad: There was an old bathroom rug with mold under the bathroom sink. We had to constantly watch our step and our toddlers roaming around since there is a very slippery board on the floor(which was kind of odd). There was poop all over the back yard from previous tenants that didn’t clean up after their dog. Parking pavement could use small improvement w/ tree trimming. Overall I’d recommend this place. I’d just say two things to Vacasa. That would be; Fix the board by the living room to prevent people from slipping and hurting themselves(like my toddlers did) As well as having a company clean up the dog poop in the back yard.

Summary: The property was as described. Well supplied with towels & cooking & dining equipment Only have one complaint & not really a big thing. All the windows except the master bedroom only have sheer curtains including the 2nd bedroom. It did make the house sunny & bright but at night you can see in the house from the street May I suggest installing blinds or thicker curtains over the sheer ones that can be closed if privacy is wanted I will book the Pink House again if it's available when my work brings me back to the area.

Summary: We were immediately greeted by roaches dead and live ones. The bathroom smelled like pee right away, it looked clean but every time I was in the bathroom that's all I smelled. There's some crackheads that live less then a block away and we could hear them all night. With that being said the curtains are see through except the bedrooms but I did not feel safe being there at night. Other then that we had a good stay.

Summary: Very cute little house. The location was excellent. Close to the HEB grocery store and conveniently located to the road to Port A. I was very happy with my experience. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but the sofa was super soft, so it worked out just fine.
