This charming, three-bedroom home, located in the heart of Kennebunk is the perfect place to stay when visiting beautiful Southern Maine, especially with your dog! This home has it all- comfortable furnishings, a private fully fenced in backyard and a workout room with a Peloton bike and rower! We're thrilled to share there is now mini-split air-conditioning throughout the home for the 2024 season!
The first floor features a large kitchen/dining room, granite countertops, and hardwood floors. The kitchen leads to an open living room and flows to a small sitting room with a desk perfect for working remotely. Off the sitting room/office is an enclosed sunroom/game room with a ping-pong table. Roll out a yoga mat or jump on the Peloton during your stay. Upstairs you will find a full bath, three bedrooms, and laundry closet. The private yard is perfect for lounging, gathering around the firepit, a backyard BBQ, and playing games with family and friends.
There is plenty to do within walking distance of the home in Downtown Kennebunk. Enjoy a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop, have fun bowling, explore the local Farmers Market, or dine out at one of the many restaurants in town. There are activities for everyone of all ages! Summary: The house is vary spacious but it is located on a busy street. The back yard is huge so if you bring your dog it's fabulous! The only negative thing I have to say is that in one of the bedroom upstairs, the air conditioning unit is very noisy and the other didn't seem to cool the room. The one in the bigger bedroom was perfect. The games room was great!

Summary: Would rent this house again as it had everything I needed. Loved the large fenced area for the dog. House was just the right size, & comfortable. I walked the neighborhood every day and felt very safe . Thank you for an enjoyable home.

Summary: Going away with our beloved dogs is difficult. This house with the the fenced in big backyard, was a bonus! The outdoor fire pit was a great place to hang out. And the inside is simply furnished, so we didn't have to worry about dogs with a white couch situ. Everything was super comfortable. A 5 minute walk to the village was sweet too. Kennebunk is easy to get around in. We had a great time. Family, who recently moved to Kennebunk, were able to come and visit us at the house. My only suggestion is to stock the kitchen more completely.

Summary: This house is fantastic. Located close to downtown and all the beaches and great restaurants. We brought our 2 dogs and the backyard was perfect. Kitchen had all the amenities — plus all the little things made a big difference. Highly recommend. Easy to deal with and they even checked on us! A++++

Summary: This was our first opportunity to go on vacation in quite awhile for a variety of reasons. This house turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Family friendly (game room). Pet friendly (large fenced in backyard) Convenient location. The cost was reasonable considering July in Kennebunk. Would I rent it again? Sure would.
