Water Way Landing is a spacious 2-story lakefront home that has everything your family or friends will need to make your vacation one of your most memorable. Located just 2.5 mi. from the historic town square of Heber Springs, you will be just minutes from shopping, restaurants, theater, golf, bowling and world class trout fishing on the Little Red River. There is plenty of on-site parking if you choose to bring your own boat or you could rent one from Heber Springs Marina located just 1.1 miles from the home. Enjoy a day on beautiful Greers Ferry Lake or play in the sand on Sandy Beach which is located across the cove from the home, approx. 5 minutes by car. Ready to wind down? Enjoy relaxing under the pool side cabana or grilling on the massive gas grill while the kids splash the day and night away in your own private pool.
Your home away from home has 4 large bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. On the main level, enjoy an open layout in the living room/dining area that opens outside to the pool area via double french doors. Prepare refreshing drinks at the wet bar with under counter ice maker and separate wine cooler. You will also enjoy entertaining while cooking in the large kitchen with it's vibrant colors that create that beachy feel. The kitchen also opens up to the grill and pool area via full height glass patio doors enhancing that indoor/outdoor feel. If needed, there are two twin roll away beds for additional guests.
On the second level, the master bedroom has a king size memory foam bed, window seats, a cozy egg chair, a Smart TV and a luxurious en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double vanities, and a separate jetted tub. Another large bedroom across from the master has 2 queen beds amd a Smart TV. Down the hall at the top of the stairs is the hall bath with walk-in glass shower and 2 pedestal sinks. A large third bedroom has a king bed, cozy chair and a Smart Tv. The fourth and final bedroom is a massive bonus room located above the double garage. It has 3 queen beds, a window seat and a Smart TV. The queen beds are separated by a unique column and curtain feature that provides a touch of privacy. The room has a second entry from below by way of a spiral staircase. The room is also equipped with a mini fridge.
The home sits on 2 acres just steps from the waters edge. Read a book while swaying in our hammock under a canopy of shade provided by two large mature cherry trees in the garden area. Stroll on one of the meandering walkways through the garden to the gazebo to enjoy the beauty of weeping cherries, japanese maples, crepe myrtles and azaleas. The backyard would be an ideal location for a small wedding. There is also a large flat lawn area available for activities such as kick ball, soft ball, croquet, badminton, etc.

Summary: we absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. The jungle Safari room was absolutely fantastic. A real must see the pictures. Do not do it justice. Our kids enjoyed hanging out at the pool. The coffee snack bar was a wonderful surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We loved this home! Very nicely decorated and nicely stocked with lots of thoughtful items. Jungle room was awesome. Kids loved the pool and enjoyed bringing our fur babies along. Kitchen was a bit cramped because we tend to gather in the kitchen frequently. Would like to have better lake access. Overall we enjoyed this home.

Summary: The area is beautiful. The house was spacious, extremely clean and incredibly well stocked. Each room was decorated with a lake/vacation theme giving the house a fun and sunny feel. The children’s room was perfectly designed with a jungle adventure theme the kids loved. Then you step outside. The pool kept us all entertained for our entire stay and the landscaping in the back of this home had an area for everyone. Fun and relaxing for everyone, we will definitely be back. PS: Our host Sara was the best!

Summary: I can't say enough good things about this property. It was perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and extremely well stocked. The pool area was great, with lots of chairs, tables and pool toys. We all had a great time. The yard was completely fenced, so the dogs were able to run around off leash. It was a short, pleasant walk through the back of the property to get to the lake. The kids LOVED the "jungle room." This was our family's favorite rental property and we can't wait to go back!

Summary: This property exceeded our expectations in every way! The house is beautiful and spacious with too many thoughtful touches to list. Our grandsons loved the jungle room! All of the bedrooms are cozy and the bathrooms are spa level. The kitchen is great with high end, new appliances and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the snacks and coffee bar! The living area has a huge sectional and comfortable chairs. The separate dining area is gorgeous and seats ten. And then the salt water pool and great backyard! We had so much fun spending time in the pool, the lights at night are beautiful. The guys in our group enjoyed trout fishing on the Little Red every day and we found some fun shops in Heber Springs. The lake is a short walk from the gate at the back of the property. Great restaurants in the area, too. Sara is an exceptional host. We hope to return next year for a longer stay!
