Summary: This condo is conveniently located, was well stocked, and very neat and clean.Our only frustration was being locked in the bedroom with the twins bed for about 30 minutes. Now we know that the the lock is on the outside knob of the door. I didn’t know that when I must have accidentally pushed it in as I closed the door. It was a very frustrating 30 minutes trying to get someone to come let me out. Perhaps a note on the door would prevent this from happening to others. And or maybe a note to be sure to take your phone into that bedroom to be able to contact other members of the travel group.

Summary: Wonderful spot ! My husband and I really enjoyed this house and the location . It’s across from Red Apple and within a short walk of the driving range, and a short drive to the marine. Owners were easy and fast on communication. House was clean with a nice desk and grilling space.

Summary: We rented this cozy condo for 2 months of the Summer. From the first and to the last contact with the owners, I felt 100% comfortable with them and appreciated their quick responses to my many questions. At the end of our stay I felt like we were "friends!" This was the perfect location for our family's need for a laid back, relaxing summer. My son and husband loved the golf and my daughter and I loved shopping in the cute Heber Springs stores. We enjoyed cooking on the grill outside on the porch while watching deer running by. The proximity to the lake and to Red Apple Inn will make you never want to leave! We will for sure be renting this condo again!
