This home has 3 bedrooms furnished as: 1 king bed in the primary bedroom, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, 1 full bed and twin futon option in the 3rd bedroom. Additional 4”folding memory foam queen bed available upon request only. Primary room has a walk-in closet with drawers and full bathroom with shower. 2nd bedroom has a walk-in closet. 3rd bedroom has closet and built in drawer space. Room 2 & 3 share a full bathroom, all on the upstairs floor.
The main floor offers a living room has both reclining sofa and reclining loveseat with usb. TV, wifi, full kitchen equipped to cook family meals and dining table to seat 4. There is a back 2nd living room which you could also bring your own blow up mattress or have for kids/baby play space. Also includes a spacious half bath and relaxing, private deck to grill and enjoy a great morning or evening.
The basement includes washer/dryer and extra refrigerator/freezer. Finished, walkout furnished with a 5’Hx4’Wx4’L dog kennel and 3 additional large kennels in a separate room you are welcome to use. The best part is this yard is a dog’s dream! Astroturfed yard makes for easy cleaning and sanitizing, in a shadow box style, privacy, 5’ with one side 6’, wood fence surrounded with privacy and woods.
