Summary: It would have been more comfortable with a few lounge chairs to accompany the love seat size sofa. Otherwise, it met my expectations and would recommend. It's not set up for spending time at the house which worked out for our busy weekend

Summary: A good little spot for a couple nights stay. Only gave 4 star on property condition as it is an older home versus a new reno rental (note: still an excellent rental). Host was excellent with any communication we had. I drive a full size truck and the driveway easily could hold another two vehicles. The kitchen is fully stocked and you shouldn't have any problems preparing meals during your stay. Overall, great convenient spot.

Summary: Had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious and in a great location to walk to the stadium for a game. We will definitely be returning next year! Thank you so much for having us!

Summary: Even though this is an older home, it was very clean and everything worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the breakfast items (I was delighted to see the Keurig machine and a selection of K-cups provided!), children's books, and a few toys provided. The instructions for where to find things were spot on. We could not find a can opener or a 13x9 baking dish when we wanted to bake something for supper, but other than that we had everything (utensils and cookware wise) we needed to do our own meals. The location was easy to find, and very close to highway access. When we visit Charlottesville again, this will definitely be at the top of our list of places to look into.
