Summary: Seven of my family members stayed in this beautiful, spacious, clean and well-stocked home for a family wedding weekend. C'ville was very busy this particular weekend with a race and new student activities. There were people everywhere! In spite of this, we found the house just on the edge of the busy-ness in a quiet conveniently located neighborhood. Would we choose to stay here again? Absolutely!!

Summary: We all stayed at this wonderful house, that was just a few minutes from my son's house, to celebrate my Granddaughter's birthday! It was a perfect place! The host was very responsive and accommodating. She is wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Our stay was great and we were all very happy with the house arrangement. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare food, and there were places available to sit and eat and watch tv at the same time, which was important to my family during football season. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and allowed enough room for the family to spread out and sleep undisturbed. There is ample parking space and a yard for the children to play in. And the use of the hot tub was a special perk. Being walking distance to UVA was a plus also, as it is a beautiful campus to see. We were able to get in touch with the owner with any questions, and she was very helpful. I highly recommend this home for a family gathering.

Summary: We stayed with kids and grandkids and entertained extended family. Space was perfect and very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable beds. Bonus if you are a UVA fan. But - Go Duke! 😉

Summary: Perfect setup for Reunions weekend. House is great! Hot tub a welcome bonus. 4 bedrooms are great; the fifth is a pull-out couch. Rachel was super-responsive and so helpful and gracious. No-brainer return stay!

Summary: Great stay for sharing time with our extended family and son who is grad student at UVA! House is beautiful and spacious, well stocked and perfect for a large group. Walkable to stadium but we needed to be at JPJ Arena so did drive there but there were available shuttles daily and when theres events I think there were many more. I would highly recommend this if UVA is the focus of your weekend but also super easy to get to main roads for exploring outside of city and know that wineries are close and scenery is amazing just a short distance away. Rachel is extremely responsive, very kind. Highly recommend.

Summary: We booked this amazing house for us (bride & groom) and our wedding party that were not local. This was the perfect location from local grocery stores, to UVA, and to get to North Garden (venue location). Our wedding party loved the house and being all together for the weekend vs. being in a hotel. The house is so cute, the beds are sooo comfy, and overall it had an amazing vibe!!
