Positive: Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean.
Negative: No shaded parking space. Some wear and tear in seen in walls and ceiling of the room.

Positive: The location was excellent, clean rooms, comfortable stay, and great value for money. Facilities were very good and the staff were okay
Negative: one service staff member was rude and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for simple things. The room only came with 2 tea bags, no spoon or stir stick for tea/sugar, only 1 slipper, 1 shower rope, no shower gel or conditioner, and just 2 very small shampoos. When we politely asked for whitener, Nescafe, and more tea, she only brought tea and said, “Why do you want tea ?? You already have.. It’s only a tea bag, so that felt unnecessary. Even asking for a fork seemed to make her unhappy. Small things, but they affect the overall experience.
Summary: Good hotel overall, but small details and unfriendly service affected the experience.
