Positive: The location and room size are excellent, and the staff, including the valet parking team, are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Negative: I have always stayed at this hotel whenever I visit Kuwait, and I truly appreciate how helpful and friendly the staff usually are. The check-in and check-out process is always very smooth, which makes the stay comfortable. However, as a regular guest, I was expecting a bit more recognition in terms of special rates or treatment. When I booked through Booking.com, I noticed a price difference of around 200 KD, which was significantly lower than the rate offered directly by the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to match the price. Additionally, when I decided to extend my stay for one extra night while already at the hotel, I was again disappointed with the rate offered. I found this unnecessary and somewhat frustrating, as it complicated what should have been a simple extension. Despite this, I would like to highlight Sara, who was very kind and understanding and kindly arranged a late check-out for me, which I really appreciated.
