Summary: The room was very very basic, looked out onto a construction area so we kept the curtains closed. Shower was extraordinarily small with no shower curtain so water went everywhere and everything got wet. Mattress was rock hard. Lesson in reading what is actually in the room before booking. It is on a very busy road. The staff at breakfast were the most friendliest and always up for a chat. We did ask for another room but was told only if available????? Overall it was ok.

Summary: Delightful hotel in a prosperous suburb of Chania. Hotel has marvellous views which offset the busy road. Could have sworn that the description said “parking” but its street parking only. Anyway, I would stay again!

Summary: This is a gracious old-fashionged hotel overlooking the sea and away from the bustle of Old Town Chania, but it's an easy walk to the shops and restaurants there. The staff is helpful and hospitable and the breakfasts are plentiful.

Summary: This was a traditional hotel with excellent service. It is filled with antiques and in a building a very interesting history, but still very well maintained and operated. Staff was excellent and gave good advice. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of character and charm.
