Summary: Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately they only had a 9pm slot for evening meal so ended up going without food, far too late, although restaurant appeared quiet.. Breakfast however was very good.

Summary: It looked like an old mansion in the picture from above, but it wasn't. But nevertheless, a nice stay, good breakfast and good dinner. Champagne was lovely! It was quiet an de room was large. Nice.

Summary: Beautiful grounds, easy parking. We only stayed 1 night and did not use the SPA facilities. Check in was straight forward. Staff were ok. We did not eat at the hotel. Our room was ok, but more consistent with a 3 Star category, specially the bathroom which looked very tired and worn; the ceiling panels, tile groutings, bath and basin surface needed immediate attention / improvements. The air con worked fine and looked new. We had a good night sleep.

Summary: Nice, well equiped and spacious room. Little outdated through, especially the bathroom. Nespresso is nice, but no watercooker: reception provided a pot of hot water. Very nice. F&B choices are good, but service not so. Very slow and un-attentive. Forgot the wine and water. We cancelled the main course after 90 minutes waiting we were titer. But starters and Bread were fabulous. Breakfast we skipped but the buffet looked great. Next time we will try. The location in nature near the Lake and just 20min from Troyes is perfect. We came here already in the 90’s when it was part of Holiday Inn and loved the place. When it became Best Western I believe it was missing it’s former Grandeur, but now part of Logis Hotels it seems much better again. So overall, good hotel, we suggestief Some further renovation and he staff is friendly, just for a good hotel it seems not so experienced. But we will come back for sure. All the best!
