Positive: We loved our stay at Domaine Steinbach, a 300 hundred year old cider distillery in a beautiful setting overlooking the St Lawrence The staff was great, rooms were clean and comfortable with a view of the river. Breakfast was out on the terrace overlooking the river. The ciderie was right beside the inn where we sampled and purchased their ciders and jams. The rooms were also air conditioned, a real plus since they were having a heat wave. We also had the opportunity to talk to the owners.
Negative: Nothing!
Summary: I would definitely recommend Domaine Steinbach. Our stay was wonderful.

Positive: We we had breakfast on the main floor of the 300 year-old cabin. The decoration was elegant in the dining room but rustic and comfortable. The owner had set out. The our room was labeled in the refrigerator and on the side board sideboard were picnic baskets for each room with silverware, China and cloth napkins Breakfast was wonderful fresh croissant, good coffee, fruit yogurt, everything you would like for a healthy breakfast the main floor had a covered and comfortable outside sitting area overlooking the river inside was a sitting room for reading. Oh there is not a television in your room but Wi-Fi.
Negative: All great Some may miss a television, but I found it peaceful there was good Wi-Fi

Positive: The breakfast was very good and the method of delivery very unique! it is put in the fridge and in the morning you put it into a picnic basket which you can then take anywhere on the property, our preference was the terrace.
Negative: It said private bathroom, which all the rooms were. However, our "private" bathroom was not directly connected to our bedroom like the other rooms, ours was down a short hall. Not the best for the middle of the night.
Summary: It was excellent, in fact we tried to book on our return trip to the island but it was full
