Negative: I thought it was a bit expensive. I was in a superior room but the mattress was just too soft and the bed moved about if you did! No power points close to bed.

Negative: An overnight charging option for our electric car would have been nice. An extra key for both people in the double room would have been nice. The instructions from Booking.com to find the reception for check-in were wrong; the address led us to a written sign on the door stating that we should go to another location. Arrival was confusing.
