Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean spaces and comfortable apartment, located close to underground station short distance to central, secure parking, swimming pool felt like private as there was only me and my wife. It was fantastic stay for my wife’s birthday. I would highly recommend and we will be back soon. Many thanks…

Positive: Neat and well outfitted Apartement inside a seniors complex on the outskirts of Lilles city center. Building and Furniture rather modern and new. The whole apartement was well outfitted and quiet. The lady at the reception was really friendly and helpfull.
Negative: Cleaniness could have been a bit better, especially the dishes available seemed to be washed in industrial dishwashers but seemingly remained unchecked by personell. Bathroom showed first signs of detoriation. Booking said parking included, but gated parking costs 5 Euro per night, which needed to be paid separaterly on site. The Spa area was unfortunately closed due to maintenance, without considering a discount. The offer seems to be catered more towards french nationals, as the receptionist only spoke and understood french. The same goes for all informations such as signs and pamphlets in- and outside of the building, which were all french only. TV channels were also mainly french, with only a few international channels, mostly sports and news.
