Positive: Property was affordable and meets the basic needs for stay. Bed, blanket, pillow, fridge, and private bathroom were provided. It’s my 4th time visiting Korea, so I did not mind the old facility. The staff was kind and checked up on me. You are close to the convenience stores and bus station.
Negative: Property is quite old and could be improved. For first impressions, I was not a big fan of seeing the cockroach traps inside the room. Glad I did not encounter any during my stay. Toilet seat is loose, bed mattress is very old and springy. Fridge has rust on the edges of the door. Wished the facility could be renovated. But it’s worth the money if you need a last minute place to stay. If it’s your 1st or 2nd time visiting Korea, I do not recommend this place for solo travelers.
Summary: Affordable. Property is very old.

Positive: Literally like 2 minutes from the station and it’s near a 24/7 restaurant. Private room with bathroom with mirror. Aircon as well.
Negative: The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly so some water would sometimes leak out onto the bedroom when showering. I put a towel to absorb it though and to use as a mat. Also the bathroom can be a bit old sometimes like the toilet seat almost falling off
Summary: Super convenient and a great price. Perfect if you don’t mind a bit of difficulties with some facilities but all basics

Positive: Everything about this place was awesome! Only thing id change is the laundry but other than that i will recommend this place to anyone, me and my two sisters stayed here and the staff treated us like family, everything is pretty well cleaned and kept, and it stays quiet. The washer downstairs didnt work but they recommended the one upstairs and it did great, they provide everything from room spray, to wipes for makeup, after we left they even put our luggage in the taxi and held a umbrella as well as give us three to take🥹🫶we left notes on the wall saying we will be back and i mean that! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in seoul this is the place, the train station is also very calm and try the purple pizza place while you are staying!
