Positive: I have been to Korea for 8 times already and I must say, this is my favorite accommodation ever. I really felt safe, comfortable and at home while staying at Kory's guesthouse. The place was very clean and good value for money! I can say that it is safe for s female solo traveller as the host is very responsive, kind and accommodating. Her family lives on the 3rd floor so I felt at ease and safe during my stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet although at night, the street is quite dark but there are convenience stores around so it still felt safe. There are many establishments around like restaurants and convenience store and one of favorite things is Lotte Department Store is near Kory's guesthouse. Ms. Misun is the kindest host ever and even allowed me early check-in. Everything about my stay was wonderful. I am happy I found this accommodation. More bookings to come for Kory's guesthouse. Looking forward to staying here again for the third time in the future. ☺️

Positive: We slept great and were very comfortable in the guesthouse. It seems to be far from the center but really it is not, due to Seoul's excellent public transport system. It is also a great location to start day trips outside of the city. The university is nearby and there are many cheap restaurants (some of them with screens where you can order in English) and street food around.

Positive: Location accessible via subway and from the airport very convenient thanks to Limousine Service Bus stop nearby. The host-lady was super friendly, accommodating my needs. I had the room with private bathroom. Very quiet and very clean. There is a laundromat nearby the house, really convenient. Very safe as well, convenience stores are around the corner. Price wise very convenient. WiFi is free to use.

Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Positive: I had a really great stay here! The host was so kind and very approachable! If I had any questions she was always available to help me. My room was spacious and had a wardrobe. Shower gel, shampoo and small bath towels were provided. There was a heated blanket on the bed and floor heating, so the room was comfortable. There are convenience stores nearby, as well as cafes and a bakery. The subway is walking distance (10-15min) and there's a Lotte department store nearby too. If you're looking for a quiet area, I highly recommend Kory Guesthouse!
