Positive: Good water pressure in the shower, it’s a bathroom/shower room which is common in Asia. We don’t mind it at all. There’s also a functioning washing machine, stove, microwave and fridge which make it super convenient for backpackers on a budget!!

Negative: The only issue we had where mosquitos on the first night and the bathroom maybe wasn’t the cleanest. Other than that this is relatively comfortable once we found a way to ward of the mozzies. I texted the owner at 6am to ask if there was repellent, he responded within thirty minutes and dropped off repellent within the hour. Maybe better for those who are ok with not the cleanest accommodation, the washing machine also needed a clean. This is budget travelling, and for us it was manageable!

Positive: Short walk to the metro station line 1 and Jegi-dong market. Great staff, very helpful. Good value. Good aircon, free to use washing machine, wardrobe, shower, fridge freezer, terrace. It was very easy to extend our stay. Thank you.

Negative: Lots of mosquitos even though there were bug nets in the windows, lots of mold in the shower room.

Positive: Great for a solo traveller who needs a good value place to stay in a convenient location and is not looking for anything luxurious.

Negative: It could be improved by more thorough cleaning of the wet room and I left the fridge off and open to air out as it could have done with this before my visit.
