Located inside the desirable Dorado Beach East and the Ritz Carlton gated community this home is the perfect location for a large family or those wanting luxurious extra space. A private tropical paradise which offers so much within the home and even more just a golf cart ride away. Enjoy your days at the beach and retire home to enjoy the expansive backyard, watch a movie in a 9 person Dolby Atmos movie theatre, enjoy the spa like master bath including a custom rock bathtub from Bali or simply enjoy a glass of wine under the covered terrace watching the Koi fish swim in the 3000 gallon tank and enjoy the sounds of our local coquis.
The home:
As you enter you will be wowed with the two-story living room and stunning view of the backyard. The 1st floor includes a guest room with a King sized bed, full bathroom, TV and workstation with a desktop computer. Oversized living room including a pool table. Dining room that can accommodate 12 people. Large kitchen with fully stocked cabinets help make it feel like home. The kitchen includes counter seating plus a breakfast nook for 6-8 people. Custom Dolby Atmos movie theatre and full bar that services the backyard.
2nd Floor: Upstairs you will have the remaining bedrooms including the master Suite and 3 additional bedrooms. The master suite includes a King Sized bed, walk in closet and a gorgeous golf course view. The spa like master bath includes a steam shower, and HUGE outdoor bath including 3 shower heads and a rock bathtub from Bali. There is an open concept small family room before the 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and a pull out sofa chair (twin sized) Bedroom 2 includes a custom kids Montessori house bed (Queen sized) and a crib. Bedroom 3 includes a queen sized bed and a balcony. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
Outdoors: With one of the largest backyards in Dorado Beach East there is no shortage of space for the kids to run around. A large pool and a hot tub that can fit 10+ people sit at the back of the very private yard. Enjoy the 3000 gallon custom above ground fish tank while the kids play in the custom built playground or practice your golf swing on the putting green.

Summary: My family recently stayed at this property. It was AMAZING!! We had such a great time. Being on the Reserve made everything so convenient! It was a quick golf cart ride to the spa, the beach and the pool area! The house was clean, beautiful, and the outdoor area with the pool was the best part! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Summary: Wonderful house and experience. Owners were great as was Teddy the house manager who was very responsive. The house, grounds and resort are top notch. The house has great touches like a big theatre room. The 2 golf carts (and e-scooters) were really convenient as well to explore the resort. The owners require you to sign a fairly broad waiver which may be commonplace down in Puerto Rico. We didn’t use the pool much because we choose to pay a separate fee to use the resort facilities (which owners recommended) which was worth it. Teddy had the resort cards ready for us when we checked in.

Summary: From the start to finish, this vacation was priceless. The owner was the best to work with!! So friendly and just made everything so easy! The home is incredible with everything you would need! The house keeper was always there anytime I needed him. It came with 2 golf carts and 5 scooters so getting around was a breeze. The pool is fantastic and the play area for the kids was out of this world. If you ever go to San Juan, this is the house to rent, you will not be sorry!! Worth every penny
