On property parking for 6 cars, and the large balcony overlooks the beautiful blue waters of Sellicks Beach one of Adelaide’s cleanest and iconic drive-on beaches. Perfect getaway for Christmas, Easter, Tour Down Under, long Weekends, girls weekend. Great location if you want to visit Aldinga, Port Willunga, Maclaren Vale Wine region and Victor Harbour. This home has multiple break out spaces to enjoy each others company but still have your own space. 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. BBQ and gas pizza oven in a beautiful downstairs entertainment area. 5 large bedrooms accomodates up to 14 Refer to bedroom configuration to ensure it suits your group. A fully equipped kitchen on BOTH levels. 3 living areas, 3 bathrooms, outdoor shower. Walk to the beach is approx. 600 metres; ideal for 2 -3 families or 6 couples. Sea and hill views, tiled downstairs kitchen /living room, and floorboards throughout. Ducted reverse cycle air-con/heater, WiFi, pool table. Close to the iconic Victory Hotel, Berg Herring Wines, Aldinga Central for your shopping needs, local Greek takeaway and dine-in restaurant- Ithaca, on the Sellicks Beach Esplanade The local General Store is next to Ithaca, on the esplanade.

Relaxation and comfort are the hall marks of this perfectly designed home. Large enough for 2-3 families to enjoy each others company or escape to their own areas.
The property is fully fenced off so children can enjoy the backyard. The backyard is full of greenery with a number of trees and veranda for shade. There is a BBQ , weber, and 2 tables which seats 6 people on each. Alternatively you can entertain on the large balcony where you get beautiful views of the hills and the blue waters of Sellicks Beach.
Available is a child safety gate for the bottom of the staircase, high chair, books, toys and port-a-cot.

Sellicks Beach is approximately 50 minutes from the CBD, and is one of Adelaide's best drive on beaches.
Come and relax in this beautiful family beach house or discover this district which is full of surprises. It is close enough for a day trip down the Fleurieu Peninsula, to the McLaren Vale Wineries & restaurants or Goolwa via Port Elliot or Victorj Harbor. Even Kangaroo Island isn’t far away. Aldinga Central is approximately a 10 minute drive away, and you will find Coles and Woolworth, and numerous speciality shops and cafes.
Aldi is now open on the Main South Road. The Victory Hotel is a few minutes drive as well.

Summary: Dora and Mario’s house was a superb choice for our family 80th holiday celebration. It is so well stocked, you honestly feel like you are at home. We needed for nothing. The hosts have thought of everything and have spare and extra in every cupboard. Our hosts were extraordinarily kind and generous and accommodating for our specific requests. The house is an easy 500m walk to the beach and with kitchen and living spaces both up and downstairs allowed time together and separate spaces. We would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying here. It is a gem.

Summary: It’s a well maintained house with ample space and outdoor facilities. Nice beach nearby but, no disturbances or congestion. Friendly owner in Dora and easy handling. Not to mention the lots of fruit trees freely available for us! Greatly enjoyed the stay by all of us!

Summary: We didn’t have the best beach weather for our 5 day stay, until the very last day. But lucky the house had everything & more for us to have days in. The owner gave us a little tour, it had a highchair, portable cot, kids toys, Netflix & also a dryer which was so handy with small kids. The house is nice & big for kids to run around & play. Would love to rebook again for next summer & hope we get some better weather.
