Positive: modern hotel, interestingly decorated rooms, 5 bottles of drinks in the mini bar for free, great view from the upper floors. We parked the car in the garage 150m from the hotel for 4.5e per day, metro right next to the hotel, all praise for the accommodation

Positive: The location is great. The room had a very nice view, and a comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was tasty. The possibility to park in the hotel's garage - but, for checking in, we didn't know where to leave the car and nearly got a fine.
Negative: I would expect more attention to detail while cleaning. Dirty windows, spotted areas around the room ..the bed was clean, towels as well. Also, the parking rate was not mentioned in the ad, so it was surprising it was not included in the price.
Summary: It was nice with some space for improvement.

Positive: Staff was polite, profesional and helpful. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
Negative: The fact that there are pictures of a fitness center on the website and in reality it's not attached to the hotel. It's in the same building, but you have to pay 25 euro per day if you want access to the GYM.

Positive: Great connection with centre of Vienna, nice guys at desk, very comfortable bed, option to use coffee machine, free minibar, very friendly area around hotel, with few shops, bakery. Beautiful view at the lake.
Negative: At first we received a hotel room with a very bad odour coming from the mattress. It was fast fixed by changing the room by guys at the desk, but the second one wasn't also flawless. Dirty curtain, extremely dirty windows, scratches on walls, and a defective TV, which showed an error when turned on. We haven't reported that, because it wasn't so onerous as in the first room, but it is not fitting to the hotel of this standard. Also in the day of check out (time till 12am) we had cleaning service knocking our door on 10am, and 11:30am, which didn't felt nice as it was still time of our stay, and I think that putting pressure on us before check out time is hugely inappropriate.

Positive: Great location, since it's further away from the city center, it's peaceful here. Supermarkets and some restaurants are close. The staff is very helpful. The room is spacious, has a great modern design, and a lovely city panorama. A big plus for sensitive sleepers - you can't hear any noises from other rooms! The bed is probably one of the comfiest I've ever tried during all of my travels. There's also a free mini bar in the room.
