Summary: The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping mall and Expo station . When I arrived, the first room assigned has a strong smell and upon request, changed to another room. For the Dorsett twin room, there was only one chair in the room for 2 persons' business trip. The photo I saw on the website with the sofas was not there. Therefore I had to request 2 extra chairs for us. As a business hotel, at least having enough seating capacity is essential.

Summary: The rooms are standard clean modern 4 star business standard and hotel is good price for Singapore due to it being a 30- 40 mins subway ride from the centre. We booked a room for 3 people and were disappointed that neither a sofa bed or additional bed was available - the hotel charge $80 per night extra for this so something to be aware of as this isn’t highlighted when you confirm a booking for 3 - it s nice surprise on arrival - otherwise hotel is comfortable and clean and good access to subway and local shopping centre

Summary: Room was not available when we arrived at 2:30pm and only one set of towels in the room. Next day until 1430, no one clean our room thus we chose not to have it clean

Summary: Stayed at this hotel many times as it's convenient for my business visits. It's right next to a mall and convenient from the airport via MTR. Clean and nice rooms.

Summary: A lovely stay. We arrived late at night after flying in and staff were very helpful. We were able to get an extra hour late check-out as we arrived at 1am. Was helpful to have the fridge and microwave.

Summary: The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall with a gym, restaurants, and several supermarkets nearby. It has a nice pool and a very basic gym. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. While it's a bit far from the city center, it’s close to the metro and perfect for nearby meetings or exhibitions at the convention center. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Summary: Love staying here. My only choice in Singapore staff so friendly, thankyou Matay for your wonderful service when checking in. Also thankyou Leslie and Mitvindra for great service as well. Rooms are always clean and big, close to Expo MRT and mall next door. Stayed here 8 times and never disappointed
