Summary: It was super convenient to stay within the airport on the way from Australia to Zurich. We had a good chance to explore Singapore airport and the new water fountain feature. Great to have a shower and sleep before continuing on our journey.

Summary: Steps from terminal train and the jewel which has iconic fountain, shops and many restaurants. From level 2 of hotel! Hotel was extremely comfortabld and clean. A lot of storage. Filtered purified water spigot, environmentally friendly. Room service, dining restaurant cafe and bar on main floor. Lovely pool to relax. Ideal for early and late flight and the have a day rate for long layovers

Summary: Our 4th or 5th times staying with Crown Ppaza Hotel. Love the location, the convenience and everything else. The room is new, everything is clean and nicely design. Friendly staff. Check-in a bit longer compare to some other hotel. Easy self-checkout. Would be even better if there is more luggage space as our total holidays 2.5weeks 😅.

Summary: We only had the room from about 6:30pm to about 7am for a 16 hr layover enroute from Paris to Sydney, Australia. We were upgraded. Room was very spacious and confortable however jet lag still affected our sleep. Buffet dinner was excellent for special Singapore National Day price of SG$60pp inclusive of all fees/taxes. Normally SG$120 + taxes/fees. Included breakfast was excellent as well. Great hotel for long layovers but expensive. Cost was offset by considerable savings on air fares by taking long layovers each way to Europe which we hoped would help with jet lag. We chose this hotel for our return layover due to its direct access to the airport. Very convenient.

Summary: Couldn't find a single USB port in my room. The hotel needs to catch up with time. Luckily I bought my phone charger along to charge my phone and played my Bluetooth speaker.

Summary: An absolute must stay to make your on travel plans easy. All day access to the pool and bathrooms post check out makes this option far superior for anyone with late flights. Easy walk to Jewel and access to terminals.
