Summary: You get a $10 voucher to spend at the cafe if you don't get housekeeping if you stay more than 1 night, they claim they will put voucher under your door but it did not arrive so you have to chase them up. stay numerous time and they haven't delivered every time so i thought i will chase up this time.

Summary: Great location. If you enjoy good food and a flutter it’s all there. Just a short walk to the light rail, pacific fair shopping centre or the beach. Or if you want to simply relax, the pool area is well equipped. The executive lounge is well worth it. Afternoon drinks and sunset over the mountains and then hot/cold breakfast buffet including mimosas.

Summary: The location is perfect for the Convention Centre (via a 5 minute walk) and access to the main Broadbeach area. The staff were incredible - the lovely and friendly lady on check in couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! There is some confusion in how to get to/from if you're driving, only because they don't have a dedicated space for pick up/initial registration (drive past the Star Casino, but you need to then double-back past Star Residences). You then have to go back around past the Star Casino and then around the back to park - it's not really well-signed. Plus, some online booking sites mention it's a discounted $20 parking fee but it's actually $25. The rooms are nice, but they're not dark enough (there's a lot of light under the door from the hallway and from the window at night time even with the curtains closed). And a minor thing - I think it was a mistake but I had 2 body washes and 1 conditioner vs. 1 body wash, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner in the squeezy toiletries. The best part about my stay would definitely be the staff and their service, and the ideal location for what I needed.

Summary: Very close to the tram lines and bus station - this was a great base for getting around the Gold Coast without a car.

Summary: Returned to Broadbeach and the Dorsett. Great staff, including Sophie at the front desk and Justin in the cafe bar. Enjoyed the the executive lounge and friendly staff. Will stay again.
