Summary: We adored our quick one-night stay at this hotel. Our stopover in Samos was purely based on needing the airport (coming from Patmos), but this was such a treat. The room was STUNNING and I could not believe the view of the sea from our balcony. We loved the nice touch of some free wine. We ADORED the delicious breakfast by the poolside. We made use of the great fitness room. The staff members were kind and helpful. Our only complaint is that they began calling our room BEFORE the time of check-out, because they had overbooked some early arrivals and needed our room. That was incredibly frustrating. Otherwise, this was a a perfect stay!

Summary: Lovely hotel. Super nice breakfast included. Friendly staff. Very accommodating on check in and check out. Walkable to the beach (12 min) and many many dining places. Fantastic gym, always empty! Cannot be faulted

Summary: Lovely homely hotel with a beautiful view, not as big as the other Doryssa hotels, so more personal. They are have an upgrade late 2023 so it will be a fantastic hotel to stay the view is amazing and it has a pool. It’s easy to walk into town downhill and I caught the taxi back 5 euros. Vasilis at reception has excellent English,

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at The Lithos hotel. The outside of the hotel is lovely and has a great 60's vibe. The views are amazing. I felt that the entrance area actually over delivered in a negative way. It sets you up for a more luxurious stay when the rooms are very basic. The room was a good size and more than comfortable but was in need a a pretty decent renovation - especially the bathroom. However the room rate was very reasonable. Also guests need to be prepared for the steep walk when walking back from the beach and town area. It is not that far but in the heat is quite a walk. Not suitable for anyone older or unfit.

Summary: The staff is very kind and friendly. The wifi was good. Loved the pool and the buffet style breakfast. We had a great view from our rooms private balcony. The bathrooms standup shower was a little small, but not a big deal. There’s no parking at the hotel, but we did always manage to find parking nearby. The hotel is on a busy street corner so walking to town might seem a bit overwhelming, but we didn’t have any problems. We always felt safe. We walked to town for restaurants since it was downhill, but might have considered taxi back since it’s uphill.

Summary: We loved the personal/private hot tub at our specific room. Our room felt more private than most hotels we saw around the area, and likely helped we were below many of the other hotels. We also liked that we were just far enough away from the busy nightlife. Excellent restaurants nearby. Great staff, especially Demitris at the front desk. Excellent size pool. The view! Greatly appreciated the shuttles from airport and to Port. Appreciated how easy it was for us to have the hotel book us a boat ride to the volcano/hot springs. Very thankful that the hotel had a guy take our bags from the upper area down the stairs to the reception and even into our hotel room. Also took bags from reception to shuttle when we left. The only thing I suggest people consider is the amount of stairs getting to and from the hotel can be a lot. We would certainly stay here again.
