Negative: We had the do not disturb sign on the door until 12:30. We thought the cleaning staff would clean the room. When we returned to the room Saturday night, the room was as we left it. The front desk told us that the cleaning crew only cleans in the morning and since they we had the sign on the door, they skipped us. We've never had this problem at other hotels. Other than that, the stay was great.

Positive: The rooms were very clean and the building was very updated and nice.
Negative: The staff was extremely unhelpful. I asked for adjoining rooms in our reservation notes. Not only were we not able to get adjoining but our two rooms were booked on completely different floors 3 levels apart. When we arrived at 7:00 PM only one of the rooms was ready. There was no attempts to help or make any of this better. We were trying to get some food but were not able to find the phone number for the restaurant and when we called down to the front desk no one answered but when we went down to the lobby three people were standing around at the front desk. When we checked out in the morning after hearing kids running up and down the halls and screaming during the night, the girl at the front desk was very rude and very unpleasant. While the building and rooms itself are nice, some major changes need to be made in regards to customer service and booking. Book carefully.
