Summary: Overall was a good experience, I asked for a every other day room cleaning but forthe first 4 days the room was not serviced. How ever after giving feedback the room was serviced inmediatlu and continued for every other day for th rest of the stay.

Summary: The Doubletree had friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, a great bar and bar tender, and was overall an excellent place to stay while my family visit Boston.

Summary: Great location with the T station super close to the hotel. Hotel was welcoming and took care of all our needs and requests. Great customer service. Clean, spacious room. Please note you are next to the ymca childcare center but didn’t bother us but you will hear the daycare center outside.

Summary: The hotel was in a good location close to the shopping centre and the harbour area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly the room was not clean on arrival. Dust had gathered in the handles of the dated furniture and had not been cleaned. We had plumbing issues with both the toilet and basin tap. Towels and bedding had holes in. We were visiting during the marathon and paid almost £3,000 for the room for 6 nights, no food included. This was not a first class experience.
