Summary: Room was good size, very clean. Front desk support was excellent. The asst mgr, Debra, went above and beyond finding information on a random (non-hotel) question I asked her!!! Superb!

Summary: Eh.. The rooms were verry dusty, No ventilation beds kinds sqeaky when lay on them. Bathrooms have bit of blackish mold on ceiling/walls.. The area is fine & outside surroundings clean.

Summary: I've stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton Boston North Shore a couple of times before this. This time they put me in room 224, an area by itself, with no elevator access. I had to fight to get the door to the room open. There was a balcony overlooking the east side entrance to the building, which probably could have been accessed from the room on either side and maybe the ground, not to my liking, I made sure I had the safety bar on the sliding glass door on. The climate control worked well in the room. There were no towel bars in the bathroom and no floor mat, but the shower worked well. The room was very clean!

Summary: I was very disappointed with this hotel. It was recommended by a family friend when we got there the first night I asked two separate times if they could provide us with extra blankets and towels I waited until the next day when I had to ask again and finally received it then we went downstairs and ordered food through the restaurant. It was an $80 bill and I gave a $15 tip. I sat there and waited for the food watched another waitress bring out the food. and place the bags on the ground 15 minutes it sat there getting ice cold, and our waiter. Finally realize our food was waiting for us on the floor and apologized and said he could comp me a piece of dessert. Walked all the way up to the room and realized half the food wasn’t even there had to go back down from the sixth floor at one end of the hotel to the other to receive it the next morning we went downstairs to get breakfast for five of us and the bacon was burnt. the sausage was disgusting. I made a comment to the waitress and she even said how nasty it was and they dumped it. overall, I would only rate them three stars.
