Summary: Kristine and Thalia at the front desk were excellent. Had some phone conversations with other staff prior to our arrival that I was not impressed with. When I rate a hotel the items that affect the score the most are Bed, cooling system, and odor or lack there of. The bed for me was a deal breaker for us as it was uncomfortable. Did not sleep good at all after a 6 hour trip.

Summary: Smoking area with too close to the entrance. There was animal Hair left on the carpet in our room. the shower seem to be a little outdated. my son received two bites on his leg overnight not sure what that was.
