Summary: Booked a room with the family for monster mania weekend. First time staying at this hotel for the event. Great staff! Very helpful and kind! Room was nice and clean.

Summary: Hot water took 2 minutes to warm up and when I asked about, their engineer said that’s just how it is. Run it and wait. Very inconvenient and wasteful. Restaurant was a disappointment too. Sat at bar and ordered a sandwich. Didn’t seem particularly busy, but 10 minutes later they told me it would be 45 minutes (for a sandwich) as there were orders ahead of mine. And, to cap things off, AC went down on my third night with temps outside in the 90s and humidity above 80%.

Summary: A beautiful experience that makes me want to come there everytime I come to NJ. Plenty of parking, friendly staff. The only issue I had was one of the elevators stopped working and it scared me but other than that a nice ambiance.

Summary: My stay was amazing and refreshing! We initially booked at a different hotel, but had to cancel due to the condition of the hotel. Arriving at the Doubletree was refreshing and the customer service from the front desk was superb!

Summary: The towel racks were barely hanging on the wall, when I went to get a towel the rack, the whole rack fell on the floor…. Came right of the wall!!! The electric outlets were crooked or didnt work at all! When I told the front desk about the towel their response was I’m not surprised. On a good note the location was great, plenty of parking space

Summary: We booked here for our daughter to attend track nationals at Franklin field. While it says the field is 7 miles away, it was a 30 mins drive due to traffic. The hotel was just okay, not as the online pictures show and much more run down I’d say.

Summary: The room could use an update, i didnt have a celing light but had four table lights instead. The shower also needs updating struggled to gage the temperature and pressure of the shower. However the staff were lovely breakfast was also really nice. Really like that there was a microwave in the lobby and was able to take breakfast away in a doggy bag. Having a complimentary cookie on arrival was also i nice touch
