Summary: The lady at check in she was awesome very friendly and supportive. Bar staff was also great. I enjoyed a comfortable stay, cool spot.

Summary: Not an Amazing stay at all. After checking in with Toni from the front desk my stay was bad. Hw had no cuatomer service told me my room was not ready at 2;30. Afyer coming back to.check in je made me wait along time while there was no one else there waitting. When I brought it up to him he told me "whatever" simply nad customer service.

Summary: I liked that the rooms were very clean and the hotel location was very close to the function that I attended. I did not like that the hotel customer service was negligent in charging my credit card $100, instead of actually placing a hold on the card. After checking out, I contacted them on three occasions to fix the issue to no avail. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to reimburse my $100 deposit.
