Summary: The hotel is outdated. Our room was very small. It is close to the airport, so if just need somewhere to lay your head, overnight before a flight, then it will due.

Summary: Was okay. Bathtub drain was broken. The nightstands were not even in the correct spot. Water kept getting cold when showering. Ac would go out and it was so HOT IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL. So humid as well it was awful

Summary: Hotel was nice. Bed was amazing… A couple of things though: because this was a stay due to my connecting flight being canceled, I was unable to have my toiletries, There were no complementary toiletries. Everything was for purchase only, very disappointing given the location of the hotel is mainly for airport travelers… Plus, restaurant did not have many things on the menu available along with running out of white wine at 7pm

Summary: I booked the hotel because I had an unexpected layover at the airport. At that time they knew there a conditioning did not work. I arrive at 12:30 A.M. to find out the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. This place needs new carpet, and a refresh very badly.

Summary: The mánager- I think his name is Darren was excellent and so was the shuttle Driver who is know as the People’s Champ. They weee excellent. But I called the property before booking on hotels.com to ensure that a shuttle was still able to pick me up since I had come in so late due to weather delays at DFW’s airport. The initial driver never arrived after over a 1.5 hour wait. He allegedly informed the other driver that he had come But I wasn’t there. I never left the spot where they told me to come. And when I called after more tha. Half an hour had lapsed, the front desk kept hanging up on me. The property was subpar. The lobby was nice but the room was stuffy, an extremely loud noise or whistle sounded when turning on the hot water for a shower and the fan or air conditioning did not get very cool. Also, the fan was extremely loud. There was a dampness in the room. The manager was kind and helpful and the people’s champ shuttle driver was patient, calming and professional. They helped ease an otherwise unpleasant experience.

Summary: We had missed a flight due to our plane being rerouted due to weather and wasn’t able to get another flight or a rental car, almost midnight I was able to book and caught an uber. The night clerk, DeMarcus was an absolute pleasure, he was so friendly and accommodating during my complete meltdown from the day. Thank you so much and I hope I spelled your name correctly. Summary: The property is in need of a major renovation, the wall paint was peeling off and it was a strong smell of mustiness. We stayed only one night, to catch a flight,so didn't use any of the amenities or the restaurant, but based on the room condition, it didn't feel like a 3- star hotel, more like a 2-star hotel.
